I stayed in my first company for 2 years and 4 months...I wanted to stay for more time but i left the job for some reason (personal). The company was fantastic and i loved my job...anyway..life changes, situation changes, then we need to think differently...

I think if anyone feels secured with his of her position in a office then he or she should stay, of course only if she or he is satisfied with work and facilities.

Remember one thing...left the job before the job left you.
