I am holding a local CA which my degree is accredited by MIA.

I have been in 3 different MNC and that really boost my opportunities so far as well as the acct scoped which I covered in all the different MNC's that I was in.

Through that the experience I hold did essential cut the deal.

All these needs to be properly planned from the start and thus better opportunities will come your way eventually.

I have plan to take up Master's in Economic as I felt would be greatly valued moving forward as my plan wasn't only to be greatly appreciate in acct scope but as well as be well scoped in other aspects of MNC biz.

sad thing is i cant move on from manager level.. so new job offers are way below my current salary. only once i had an offer for HOD but current co counter offered.

All ppl seems get a hard time with 3k++ salary, while im here with 900/month struggling so hard. Kerja kilang u know rite? I try to hop up for a new job, new field. But like always, Exp without cert cant help any. Should be bersyukur at all cost u who got big ass salary.

Hi guys, i am struggling between two options now.

I am drawing 8.5k MYR per month, work life balance, good boss, and friendly colleagues. (Got time to develop my apps and web-site, intent to start my own co. if there is a chance)

But recently, i got a SG job offering me 5.5k SGD,  By the look of the director and the speed they process my job application. I think it will be a BIG NO work life balance + heavy workload.

I know the final decision is always lied on my hand but i would like to hear some opinions from the forumers here. Thank you.
