Job Desciption : Handling docs, preparing and monitoring job status
Years spent in company : 1 year 10 months
Company : Forwarding company
Industry : Logistics
Employment Level : Officer
Experience before joining : 8 months in shipping company (got retrenched)
Highest paper qualification/ education background : Degree in maritime studies and some logistics (not much..)
salary : RM 2.8k
Location: subang jaya

im working under contract, not permanent.

last year when they wanna renew my contract, i forgot to request some increment LOL...right now, my work scope already expanded from operation to monitoring...

so, i was thinking, should i request for increment this coming contract renewing? if i do wanna request, how much? i was looking to get around 3.5k or 3.3k since i just bought a car hmm.gif

current basic, after epf deduction, just barely enough hmm.gif

if got OT everyday, then it will be good but i dont like the idea of having OT everyday sad.gif

maybe ill try my luck with 20% and work down from there...

im willing to step into my boss shoes since hes going to retire soon, but then again, <2years experience guy maybe not suitable for the position laugh.gif

Years spent in company : 3 years, 2018 will be my 4th
Company : dhl
Industry : forwarding/logistucs
Tenure : yearly contract basis
Employment Level : officer
Experience before joining : none in logistics, but more to ship tech
Highest paper qualification/ education background : degree in maritime tech
salary : RM3k currently
Location: usj

Would like to know, if i were to request a raise, 15% is ok? Since in the future, ill be handed more responsibilities and theyre just handed me a contract renewal offer.
