Just office base, Office hours, but not a call center.

Personally i think, each profession also have its career path, like in my company or previous company, I do have APAC CS manager manager all the CS manager, and Global level CS director. it just depend on you capability and luck whether you will be there or not.

Open up jobstreet, searh for Customer service Manager, you can see many good range of paid there. The best learning point in CS i think is: super patient - need to explain thing to customer over and over again. Negotiation skill, try to reach an agreement with customer without compromise your company policy or profit. and you learn to deal with all sort of people.

just like any others profession, it have it good and bad.
