What is the right percentage of salary increment that would make us jump the ship ??
*
I have jumped twice, both above 30%.
That really depends on whether your skill sets are on demand or not.

Salary in Malaysia begins quite low, but once u get the skill sets on demand it will skyrocket quickly.
My salary has gained >100% in the last two and a half years.
