have u tried to talk 1-1 with your manager/superior reason why there's no increment? is it you only or affecting everyone?
*
I did. They told that they are going to review about it but unfortunately, no further actions were taken until today.

It affects some of my colleagues as well. The upper management in my company treats different employee differently (favouritism).

Why don't you look for jobs as freelancer? Can have additional income from your main job.
*
Many thanks for your kind suggestion.

Working as a freelance designer is quite risky these days. Been cheated twice before.

I'm currently doing some small online business while actively looking for jobs.

Seems to be increasingly common nowadays. Especially since the recent spike in cost of living.

I have quite a few fresh grad friends earning around this range. Also IT field, of course.

Fresh graduates being paid RM4000+ for their first job is increasingly common these days ?

I find that hard to believe but good for them. I've been working for almost 6 years and I'm yet to reach that number.

Life's hard. Sigh...

I know right. Furthermore, I just quit my shitty job last month.

I went for an interview at DRB Hicom two weeks ago. Not sure I can secure the job or not.

Still haven't receive any respond from them. Sigh...

I have enough savings to survive for at least 8 months or so.

I'm also actively looking for new jobs now. Thank you for your encouragement. icon_rolleyes.gif
