Experience before joining : graduated in 2007, 3 years spent as an electronics technician (RM750 salary, yes 750!), jumped shipped and worked as an IT technician (RM1.1k salary, 2 years), another 3 years working as a visual editor cum technician for the gov (contract basis, daily paid, end of the month can get 2k MAX only    )
Highest paper qualification/ education background : HND in electrical and electronics engineering
Salary : RM 2,800 (basic + allowance + commision)
Location: Sabah

As you can see, the pay over here is a very VERY crappy one and I can't seem to 'grow' here.

Should i just try too start over in west malaysia or maybe in singapore ?

Tis is wat we call comfort zone

Need to make changes to get higher salary

But if salary is least ur concern, ur company is quite good in terms of work life balance
