The commission 10% of profit earned by company or department?

In terms of your basic salary, with your experiences that you have, it's pretty low. But you're still young (26) and if you have plan to take degree or get IT certs in near future, your salary might change to your level experience.

10% profit earned an individual salesman though.

Pretty steep , correct me if I'm wrong.

So you're implying the one should definitely pursue their studies in order to maximize their salary?

Hmm confused.gif
