Fresh grad sgd4k?! I thought only 3k

with 7.5 years experience.. 5.4k is considered low, their tax level is high.. what about your working visa? Employer settle everything?

He is PHD fresh graduate. 4k seems reasonable.

Why you apply for executive position when you can be a project manager or research leader etc?

Everyday still questioning myself, whether this is the best choice I ever had?
Salary incremental is quite slow and low, chance of getting promotion also uncertain. Am I underpaid?

I also planning work with my family business ( manufacturing) in the future, although it a small shop business only.Since I was thinking family business is th only way to achieve better career path.
