Normally in Jobstreet if the job posting put salary as "MYR 8,000 - 15,000", then what is usually the salary they will pay?

And what is the best way to put expected salary to them? Max it at 15k?

Normally company have the budget with the amount and only will gives to the right candidate.

Depends on the skills and qualification the candidate have.

8k...the rest is just there to entice people to apply. Unless you are really what they wanted and die2 wants you, then maybe higher.

If you are applying to that job solely, just max it.

but with my experience, is it possible to get RM10k in Malaysia?

Actually its abit of luck, meaning if you going for higher position.
For senior .Net level, its hard to get 5 digits salary in Malaysia

.net developer to get 10k seems hard.

consider 7 years ago. possibly, but need to find.

Consider yourself lucky if you can get 7k in MY. 4.5k in sg with 7 years of experience indicating your are not at elite level

So 5 digit easier for team lead or above in Malaysia?
I did try my luck few months back with 1 MNC, they only offer me RM8k.

Is it difficult to go higher in senior level? Have to go manager level?
