Underpaid. 10 yr exp should earn around 15k. My friend 6 yrs exp already 12k

Normally in Jobstreet if the job posting put salary as "MYR 8,000 - 15,000", then what is usually the salary they will pay?

And what is the best way to put expected salary to them? Max it at 15k?

Normally company have the budget with the amount and only will gives to the right candidate.

Depends on the skills and qualification the candidate have.

8k...the rest is just there to entice people to apply. Unless you are really what they wanted and die2 wants you, then maybe higher.

If you are applying to that job solely, just max it. biggrin.gif

i saw one JS, offer 7k - 10k.

i went for interview, casual interbiu with MD in a golf course.

i mentioned 5k as current (bluff him) he said offer me 10% increment and say will see where we go.

nabeh, its 5.5k , not even reach the advertised 6k bruce.gif

very proud, but only offer me 10%.

say see me alot potential.

reward will come.

For senior .Net level, its hard to get 5 digits salary in Malaysia

Consider yourself lucky if you can get 7k in MY. 4.5k in sg with 7 years of experience indicating your are not at elite level
