So difficult to jump ship bcos this company is specialist + monopoly, means no competitor. My exp not related to other trade, so if change company need to start from zero, except project management skill. But work quite flexible and relax. Increment not good, if i stay, bad for career development. Should I seek for other job and lowered my expected salary?

You are highly qualified with your degrees and also has extensive experience in the field.. So you must ask it for a high range. You are not asking at all... rather you are worth for it... go ahead confidently...best of luck..

I stayed in my first company for 2 years and 4 months...I wanted to stay for more time but i left the job for some reason (personal). The company was fantastic and i loved my job...anyway..life changes, situation changes, then we need to think differently...

I think if anyone feels secured with his of her position in a office then he or she should stay, of course only if she or he is satisfied with work and facilities.

Remember one thing...left the job before the job left you.

With or without basic?

Last time I heard with basic is RM900 + Commission. Else is gonna be full commission based and it is depending on your capability.

Yes I do agree with while most of my relative, friends don't understand. And now they struggle as shell IT gonna layoff in 2016. Good luck to them.

Hardly find any company in Malaysia to beat 3.5month bonus.

But 5years experience for less than 4k is a no no for me, I prefer higher salary > bonus..... if got both nice la

Now am doing as a full commission based negotiator and will be move to work under developer and earn basic + some commission. Job scope will definitely will increase a lot compared to what am doing right now as a negotiator but i take it as a career enhancement for me to go into management level job and hope to keep moving up from there.

I juz interview a property agent company.. If got basic salary is rm1500+100 allowance so total is rm1600. But the commission is quite low. 30% of 1% the property cost. If full commission without basic is 70% of 1%. So what's ur comment? Should I survey more property agent company?

It is relatively low. A number of competitors are providing better pay
Its not a shared service center but a research company which is subsidiary of US based Fortune information services company

If you tracked my post... my initial salary was WAY lower than this. Close to 30% less from current salary
I was lucky the management deemed me to perform well and been getting promotion
Some recruits started at even lower than mine, the only good perks is the rather numerous leaves and such
Hence we have such high turnover (the low pay coupled with frequent significantly heavy workload)

It's far too low bro...

I think you deserve way more. Glad you are getting recognised though.
