best part is, my qualification is account but sorry to inform u that I hate account and I hate number.

CGPA:3.10, I am looking for stable company with good pay. nowadays fresh grad get 2k something only for working in according with our qualification. Have to jump into different field I think? 2k might be enough if stay at kampung, but here in KL i am alone.

not sure if I am doing it right or not. should I tukar bidang or what? but I stress doing audit or account.

Bonus is very dependent on the company's profit in the year. This year I got 2.5 months, last year 1.5, the year before that 0.5 only..

I think it's quite low too. I should probably jump ship soon. It saddens me a bit since I feel this company is like one of the bigger companies in the industry. I've tried applying to other big companies but none seemed to bother with my application.

Recently I was called for an interview for a smaller company which has never hired an M&E staff before. I think they are still considering my application where I asked for about 4.5k. It slighly concerns me that this company has very little to no experience in M&E. It could be an opportunity to shine or get sidelined..

A senior once lectured a friend of mine when my friend tendered his resignation. The senior says that my friend will regret "downgrading" his career by moving to a smaller company. I'm not sure if my senior is being honest or just trying to manipulate my friend to change his mind.

As I've been worked here for almost 3 years(in 3 months I'll be full 3 years) as a home appliance online store website incharge person and etc. The online store is my company inhouse website, not under marketplaces like Lazada or 11street and so on. I find that the salary is lesser than I've work compares to other job.

My job description as follow:
1. Customer Sales and Services through email/phone.
2. Handling of orders from online store(From checking online store order>Open Sales Order>Print Order>Look for Products>Handling of products to courier)
3. Adding and manage products into online store(At the moment there's already around 2500 of SKU)
4. Technical supports for office colleague (Such as troubleshoot, solve, setup and so on everything related to IT)
5. Online store orders filing
6. Online store artwork design (To be put on main page)
7. Improvement of online store (Such as to figure out anything that boost sales and customer conveniences.)

I've studied until Diploma only and have withdraw without the cert.
My salary currently is RM2350 from my basic of RM2000 2 years ago. Working from Mon- Fri. Bonus is only 1 month of my salary.
I'm currently senior of 2 colleagues, and they are partially under my in charge.

My decision now would be, leave this company at once I've been worked for 3 years full and then find another work.

Is leaving this company and my post a wise choice?

my bro and friend said that I'm underpaid and deserves more pay since i'm a graduate with some work experiences in sales. Some of them tell me why not go for banking industry to have a try.. but banking is not my main priority because not really good in calculation.

My passion is more towards retail marketing like marcom for shopping malls.. but still searching for job/opportunity related to it.

TBH, kinda bored with my current job  and waiting to resign which is really tough now as I don't have a new job yet... I don't want to be unemployed as I need to pay for PTPTN.. and my family always advise me to get new offer letter 1st before tender resignation letter..

i'm sure got more people with better experience and command much more salary. They're just hiding. 

I myself made a number of sacrifices especially on 'time'. Sure you understand what I mean and this goes the same for others as well.

Since I guess most of us here are in IT-related field minus those in O&G & Sales(out of league), I felt responsible to share. Never too late.. even you are 30yo, does not mean you need to give up. Create better momentum, you might obtain results much better than you can expect. 

Wow you perform much better than I am in fact. Having passive income of 1K per month means you need an investment portfolio that give you 12K return per annum. If you are bumi, take advantage of the ASB then. If not, you are right, stock/REIT?futures shall be the ways but require lots of effort to research and high risk-tolerance.

For business, that's not gonna be called passive already. Much less, its dynamic in nature so I can't comment much.
