Regarding to this issue I was about to issue legal letter to SP Setia but after study in depth on this matter that's not an obligation of developer to get the electricity and water connect from utilities suppliers. They only need to ensure the electricity and water pipes is ready for connection. You guys can survey it from internet. Plenty of information out there or you can seek advice from your legal consultant.
