Any more infra or exciting projs other than residential in setia alam going forward? No future infra proj like lrt or mrt..no govt initiative proj as another catalyst? If nothing more to excite ppls.. how can price conti to up x3 ?

whatever hotel etc...setia alam no more umph....anyway it is most for ownstay now in SA. investment wise can forget it..rental maybe maybe jus like shah alam landed rate..no eye see.
