are we too optimistic on our lrt lines efficiency?
they tend to delay on schedule, slow speed, broke down from time to time, I will reserve the estimated 1 hrs journey time from setia alam to KL Sentral Let's see how it turn out when it officially operates |

If you're working in kl may be have to think twice on which is worth --> traffic nightmare vs healthy life routine
If working at Shah Alam or around PJ then should be fine. Setia Alam is a good self sustain home as others said If you are boss or working around SA, definitely worth to have both your home and office here. As you can start your business meeting leaving from SA after 9.30am and come back before 4pm. This way you can gain a happy work and life balance. Having service condo at this parcel near SEP will suit different buyers who want more quiet and security options |
