请大家分享出去！ CAR THEFT IN SETIA CITY MALL AND THE SECURITY MEASURES ARE HOPELESS . I would like share this unfortunate incident that happened last week, on 7/4/16 (Thursday) 3pm in SETIA CITY MALL premise. My Toyota Estima was stolen 10 minutes sharp after i have left the parking lot. I only came to know that my car was missing ie. stolen around 5pm after i've done my shopping. I immediately look and and reported to the security office and the response ive gotten was below few questions: SECURITY GUARD 1) Are you sure you're driving this car? 2) Are you sure you're parked at the right floor? I reckon that these might be the standard questions that they would ask but they took more than 1hour to acknowledge that my car has been stolen. At that time, the security even refuse to run the playback of the cctv claiming that cctv can only be played and viewed with valid police report along with police presence due to 'p&c' resons. At the same time, my parking ticket was taken away from me. Finally on the next day, I was called to view the cctv and realize the incident happened within 10minutes after i've parked my car and my car was exited in a tailgaiting manner along with a LEXUS with a touch and go card. CCTV was installed at the parking exit but it was never monitored as when the incident took place, there wasn't any announcement made. The lack of response and responsibility from the SETIA CITY MALL on this incident. I've only gotten to converse with the general manager Ms Philippa when i send a private message at the Setia city mall FB page on Monday (11/4/16). She reponded that she will call me back but that only happened on Friday (15/4/16). In the call, she was not very helpful and kept telling me to suit her time when i requested for a meet up claiming that she got to attend and prepare for a meeting. She rejected to meet and claim that will only be willing to meet under the presence of the insurance adjustor or police. When i further pursue on having a meeting with the management of the mall since last Friday, i was attended by the security manager Mr Arasan and he was telling me that the General manager could not be contacted for days. I've asked to be patient and wait to only meet when the adjustor and the police is around as they will not entertain to meet us alone. Lastly, I'm very disappointed with the way the the mall is handling on this issue and strongly urge shoppers to think twice when visiting this mall.

yes.. LRT tends to break down frequently especially on every Monday & Friday.. not punctual at all which cause people to be late for their work most of the time
