What do you mean by Setia Alam (West) is it the new site Setia mall ? That side i personally not prefer, but still better than Rimbayu & Tropicana Aman.
At least will have some further development on Setial alam / BU / MRT corridor side compare to the other part of klang. QUOTE(Mighty Duck @ Feb 25 2016, 10:29 AM) Yup!!! For those property below RM 1mil, there are still affordable buyer...looking at current market, hard to find a terace double storey 20*70 (new) freehold and distance to KL (in 25km ) on par with Setia Alam....anybody can suggest ?

Bad facing north, in northern part of Setia alam knowing the cemetery may not come into picture...rather go for southern part house
