It is using the concept of rack supporting building, which is more cost efficient and faster to build.

Latest update edulis still has 4 units available, where 3 are units facing t-junction & 1 corner unit. Montana & retusa 70% sold.

successful malls tend to have a single owner who can control tenant mix.

if the individual unit owners do not have a congruent strategy on renting out, it will become a mish-mash hodgepodge of shop.

Individually owned units at Malls include; Summit, Sungai Wan Plaza. Berjaya Times Square (higher floors).

Single owner of Malls; One Utama, Sunway Pyramid, Pavillion, KLCC

Think about it.......
