PJ section 14? the starting price for SA was almost the same as per Section 14 or lower in the southern part of SA. That time the SA exist toll was not built yet every vehicle from PJ/Shah Alam needs to go thru Klang to turn back to SA and no traffic jam too....

it is seen that you are aiming for the lowest interest, if no rush to get the loan then no harm to get more quote for that to compare. Maybank could also be the lowest, but their response may not be expectedly prompt as per my experience. You may also consider the flexibility of the loan facility whether you can place excessive funds into mortgage link saving account to earn the interest - UOB will credit the interest back to your account but HLB will use the interest to offset your loan interest directly.
