Wah, first time heard ridership also need time to mature one.. After 5-8 years when MRT is full, I strongly believe the traffic jam also will be worse than nowaday. More MRT /LRT or new highways will be proposed and built again... brows.gif brows.gif Area without LRT/MRT today will be having it tomorrow, city expansion.. brows.gif

I will move in soon. Anyhow, even now about half of my time also will be in Semenyih area. Nonetheless, does it really matters?

How about you, you talk so much about Setia Alam traffic, are you staying in Setia Alam? brows.gif devil.gif

If you follow the SEH thread, I did share many times already. Can you share your travelling time as well?

It is okay if you do not invest in Setia Alam or Semenyih area, same like me stopping investing in property that come with crazy entry pricing near to city center as well. Anyhow nobody care also.

Put it in simple way. If being given a choice, people will choose to drive rather then taking public transport, this is the typical Malaysian mentality. Only when people cannot sustain with the traffic jam, then will choose public transport. However when until that stage, you will encounter the human jam in public transport again, while traffic jam retain.

This is why until today although we have LRT/monorail/STAR in city center, the traffic still jam like no tomorrow.

Wrong, I shown in thread before, Friday evening ~ 6pm from Menara Maybank, reach Semenyih Lekas toll around 1 hour 10 minutes..

If Semenyih need 1 hour 30 minutes, mean in Pandan need 1 hour..

From Semenyih normally ~ 30 minutes will reach the 10km radius of KL city center, after that god bless you.

Yeah, compare to individual title with DMC, strata title residents normally pay extra ~ 20% maintenance fee.. Just don't potrait an "illusion" Strata title pay high but all individual title pay cheap cheap...

If really want cheap cheap one, go for individual FnG operated by residents themselves. You own 4 units 20 x 70 houses only paying RM 200 per month.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Not all ah kong pau for individual title with DMC.

If all ah kong pau, then SemiD only needs to pay less than RM 200 per month..
