My complain is that the development needs to be integrated with jobs and facilities. There is a lack of job now which hopefully 1n1h will provide. Facilities wise, Setia City Mall is sufficient.
Whether i have holding power or not is NONE of your business. it just shows that EcoWorld / SP Setia is not fully responsible as a developer.
Go to north Setia Alam and look by yourself. Build so many thousand units of apartments, hundreds of shops - all empty.
When your Tan Sri Liew (wearing the old hat of SP) was promoting the Setia Commercial Centre 5 years, full of office blocks. Now, only 2 - top glove and SP.
Its easy for you to tai-chi to and push the blame on the individual buyer got no holding power, but you are saying that the developer has no responsibility ?

woah bro... u are getting to aggressive... he is not EW SA i presume... and you should know all this when u vested... it wont happen overnight... any new township development... job opportunities require a very long time span to develop.... residential and commercials always go gung ho first... before the job opportunities development start coming in... and talking about job... klang meru also a job opportunity hub with all the factories there... which less than 10 mins away from SA...
and anything mentioned by any developer... EW, SPS or even SDB... discount half la of what its going to be...
