With EW coming into the fray, will the existing roads able to accommodate the upcoming traffic?

I'm a resident here myself at SA.
Once bringing my child to clinic in SA for bad cough, the Doc told mainly cause by the airborne & air quality surrounding SA. Very common for kids to get cough around here. Not sure whether I guys experience the same scenario. |
