Pavillion home is "semi-linked" house with a side garden strip & common 20ft back lane garden. Total 2 shared walls too.

Reminder: both also strata. Haha.... both also LPPL, only difference is shared walls at different sides.

I know foundation contract for SCM2 awarded revently.  Any idea when will SCM2 open for business?

It doesn't really concern me whether ppl call it linked semi-d kah, cluster kah, pavilion home kah, or garden home.

Say in a scenario of 2 properties, both same price, same location, same land size, same etc. But 1 is real semi-d with 10 ft backyard with smaller bu, another is linked semi-d fully extended at the back with larger bu. Which shall u choose? U want the 10ft empty land at the back, or larger bu for the same price?

I think the best buy around this area is the casa sutra bungalows..at semi D price, you can get a true bungalow with 20ft extra land..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I think RM100 for F&G is abit pricey. The place that I stay now in Setia Alam is just RM50. What are they going to do with this RM100..... hire more guard? Perimeter CCTV system?

if its just mainly F&B mall... i think i can accept this concept... this kind of mall mainly just to go eat and buy grocery and u are good to go... not sure about the parking rate and etc though... i think its good that they din build a proper mall at that location when all of you complaint about jam... still want a SCM similar mall at the entrance of setia alam ke?   

SA lacks of quality food (just like any newer township).......not alfresco mall or fancy café.

you think by situated closer to klang, the food here will be fantastic.........folks, think again.

I don't understand why SP Setia can't expedite the expansion of the roads into Setia Alam. Obviously the bottle neck towards the first bridge with the traffic light is the root of the problem. The first bridge caters to residents of Eco Park, Setia Damai and patrons of Setia Mall.

I though SP very famous for free downpayment.. so still need to pay 7% downpayment
