BBB mode already... setia alam still have landed sub 600k pricing... dont bother fully extended or how near to cemetery or not... can beli aje... i dont think the cemetery view when u drove home is an issue... as long as your unit cant see then cun already... and its actually quite a distance to cemetery from the housing units site.... staying inside and judging the distance from precinct perimeter feel different one....
