I got to know Eco Ardence has a road connection to Alam Budiman but no sure is open to public or only for the Eco Ardence community.

Then the cementery is just located next the Setia Alam 32 x 75 project call Forest Villa (G&G). If is true, it is going to connect SA to Nusa Rhu. Then SA will link to Nusa Rhu to DASH highway via Sunway Alam Suria. if i'm right

Setia Alam website has added a new function call VR tour. U can see all Setia Alam project from aerial view. Quite up to date.

Well, there are still fews highway in progress which may or may not help to ease NKVE and Shah Alam highway which is DASH, WCE and the almost completed Klang third bridge (opening soon). Hope these new routes make a different....

Yes.... They need to get it ready by this year. As the SEGI Peninsula (International) will be start operation by Jan 2018. Heard the school will be ready by Nov 2017.

Saw this b4 at HCK property gallery at Aeon BBT. I was told it will be ready and running within 2 years.... But I was quite surprise as there are no news on LRTS at Setia Alam, the nearest will be at Meru. If connect from Meru maybe understand. But looking the LRT route proposed by HCK is coming from the Setia Alam main road and continue to precinct 17 ???? It doesn't make sense..... ? But HCK printed this brochure.... So this there really a LRT at Setia Alam.....

Setia Taipan booming or not depends on how fast the residential area at this northern area be completely built up. And also what majority race will take up those area. As you said that the area is pretty dead or I can say it just needs more time to grow than usual. Perhaps SP Setia should build all residential area 1st before complete this commercial area. Another factor contributing to this slow pace of northern area is the economic especially slump of properties market. At presense, unless the infrastureture is further developed such as widening NKVE, Persiaram Meru, connection road to DASH and LRT statiom, otherwise we could possible only see this area will take off after 5 years optimistically forecast.

Agreed. SA Northern need time between 5 - 8 years once all the precincts and highways connection completed then Taipan will boom up. Similar to Bukit Tinggi and Bandar Botanic.. it takes time.
