It's funny that Maxis never fix this thing.(I am a 10mbps user)And they also didn't announce the problem they facing right now.
I don't know when is gonna reach my patience limit,I am going to terminate this bad service.

NEVER EVER SIGN UP FOR MAXIS,DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
Playing their customer like joke.

what happen? recently my home fiber 10M is extremely slow... cant even watch youtube smoothly... we are paying for it :S

Maxis speed is like this one.They don't have the ability to improve their service. Just giving those silly excuse to their customer.

after few times, it just got slower to 4meg download... why?? its offpeak now, how does it perform this poorly?

Maxis will say, sorry, after dont know how many freaking months, our technician is still investigating the problem, unable to provide a date. We are still rectifying it. Cfm this reply. Which it is an excuse for the problem as it is already lasted for more than 6 months, in fact, mine is since Jan. After they syok sendiri go and promote their stuff to the public, saying this certain price is cheap for the 10mb, but never mentioned bout the stability and smoothness. I think it is considered as a fraud case already. When will MyRepublic will come. .-.

2. lodge CFM complaint with case ID and get call backs
3. claim re-inbursement for total downtime

rinse and repeat to your heart's content and get free internet.

it can be done quickly and peacefully, you don't even need to shout your lungs out.

Same case happened to me.

Unifi 10mb user. But slow like @#$%^&*

Speedtest cant justify sometimes. I run a few test normal but go back youtube/facebook still slow.

Miss my internet connection in the UK, 30mb no problem!

I have done what you advice before but no one was fix my problem.

have you done enough that the tech guys have visited your house more than twice? till they remember your name like forever?

is the latency/low speed problem happening 24/7 or just at night?

have you tried plugging a laptop directly to the router with lan cable and test again?

The technician did come to my house for more than once, 1st time, all he said was he has no idea whats happening, blaming the game server at fault, the hardware is all working fine then he changed the stand right router to a flat laying one. Since then, the router broke down for 2 times due to power plug. Imagine 2 times gg in within 1 month. ._. sweat.gif Just the power plugger got fixed, the lag is still persisting... And actually the technician did remember my voice cos I was very furious over the issue. He wrote there, *flamed customer xxxx on the form*.

Latency occurs every time, there's not just restriction in the night. More like it has became worst at night.

Since then, no matter how many ping test or cmd result that I sent to Maxis. Same answer is given again and again. What to do? yawn.gif

is this latency over common sites like google etc. or just gaming servers?

I hope you flamed enough to get free internet because they deserve it.

Day to night,especially night.I know they are doing maintain.
LAN and WiFi result the same.
They come to my house about 4 times :)But still fix nothing.
