Extra Ten, How to Unsubscribe?

I am on Postpaid RM128 (3GB) package... with free calls and SMS... but why I am still charged RM8 every month for Extra Ten?
I tried to cancel by dialing *100# but when I try to get into the Extra Ten menu, a message pops up and it says I am not eligible to purchase it. What do I do?  This post has been edited by sandii_mie: Nov 3 2015, 12:06 PM |
