If card center , should be within 1 hour. Unless u go after late evening or early morning or weekend or public holiday which they have many card pending to process / no body is working to ptrocess..

therare many reason bank can reject ur cc application.
bank will no share the reason unless reason document no complete. then they wioll ask you to submit the doc.

otherwise, u will unable to know the reason.

But, normally, bank reject due to DSR is too high. different bank have different set of criteria to consider when apply a cc.

normally i see logo with word so far. may be other bank. or mastercard which is paypass .

I remmember mastercard paypass got logo only and no word
