it took about 2 months in my case.. so much so that i thought the appeal tak jadi and they just didnt inform me. declined in mid october and appeal to split CL and replied only mid dec. and then another 3 wks for it to show up on Maybank2U. just collected yday

Mine only 3 days and approved after I requested to split limit.

How many working days do Maybank need to process an apppeal (with request to split credit limit from conventional credit card) for this card?

Today is the 10th working day for my appeal and I have not got the result yet. Did email to CS on the 6th day, but he replied that the appeal is still in process. Then, I guess I could just wait for the result.

I have just received my first statement for my card, somehow it doesn't tally, hope someone can help me.

From my calculations at the right most column:
1. Total CB should be RM29.63, but I only got RM26.69?
2. The last transaction on 30 Jan, Petronas Sg Besi used to reload Touch and Go. This is not included in CB because...?

Hi guys, I have been using maybank ikhwan cc since May this year and spend quite some amount.

The problem is when I check the treat points from the monthly statement, there is no mention of treat points. I also check the rewards in Maybank2u website, apparently it only show the treat points for Maybankard 2 and totally none for ikhwan cc.

Anyone facing the same issue?

Just for your information, there would be no treatspoints awarded for petrol and grocery transactions.

I usually spend on grocery. However, your link didn't mention grocery not entitle for treat points. I don't see the grocery row
