How long it takes to apply supplement card via m2u? Just apply this morning
I own ikhwan and wanted to share with my sibling for faster cr since he frequently refuel on weekends

Anyone here already receive new card?
As I apply for my supplement and already last week buy still didn't received. CS said the delivery team not yet post it.
Wonder if my supplementary get a new card before me

Just received my supplementary card. it mention pin n pay on the letter but the card look exactly same as old principle

nope. same exactly as principle card (which older one)
but the letter state pin n pay

Oh. They send through poslaju. activation can be done via m2u also the pin can be set on m2u as well

Principle not yet but my supplement(newly apply) received his card. just same design with no wave function

for that thing you need to ring the TGV directly. Some of them are part time and didn't know about the offer.
For me, no problem at TGV 1 Shemelin

nope. The credit card will not affected. Only debit card from 3AM-7AM

I already contact the maybank but they said that the ikhwan wont get the wave function (since they said only visa supply the card that have wave at the moment) You might try ring the CS as during my call, the CS also dunno what is paypass function, only know paywave

I do have one question. I have supplementary and most of the time my supplement use it. So When the statement come, the principle card received cash rebate and my supplement receive statement balance.

here are my scenario.
supplement spend rm1000
principle receive cash back rm 50 (since I dont use it so i pass to my sibling)

So my question, should my supplement pay full outstanding(1000) or minus cash rebate (950) ?

Oh I remember during my conversation on pandan jaya branch. I wanted to change my debit to pin n pay features. After get my new pin n pay debit, I asked the officer in charge, she said, as for now the ikhwan card type only receive pin n pay features and not paypass/contactless. Also she said that contactless is focused on debit card instead of credit

ehh really? My supp send direct to house using pos laju.
However the way they send is kinda weird. The seal the envelop with transparent plastic with printed air way bill

this morning when my supp try to login his acc, he saw this.
Does mean a new card is coming?

i see. because my supp just apply few month ago (august i think) and he get the new pnp card. wonder why they send a new card again
