If I pay my bills (Utilities & Telecommunications) via maybank2u and i select to pay using this cc, will i get anything back in return, like cashback or points?

No other way to pay utility bills via cc except for over the counter and autopay?

But not all merchants are possible with cc.

Yesterday i swiped my card at a Shell Station, expecting a cash back of 5% but in my maybank2u, i don't see any. Will the cash back be reflected after that or? Do I still have to pay the full amount first?

Yesterday I used my card for a $20 purchase online for digital games (three times) but all failed due to the bank has rejected the purchase. Today i received a call from maybank asking about this purchase. I explained and the officer acknowledged my answer and told me that this amount will still appear in my statement even though it failed. I forgot to ask him whether I will be charged on that or not. Anybody faced similar problem before?

Don't know. So far I checked online, it hasn't appeared yet.

Maybe debit credit kinda thing?
