Good day.

I'm writing to file a complain on HSBC bank that decline my application without any reasons given despite I've fulfilled their minimum requirement.

Since they refused to disclose the reason, therefore I want to escalate this to Bank Negara Malaysia to instruct HSBC to disclose the reason why my application being declined despite I'm debt free, annual income is over their published minimum income requirement for that particular credit card.

I believe that as a consumer I have the right to know the reason why being declined and this seriously affecting my good credit reputation.

lol. because he managed to get the card approved after this standard reply, i think. haha

probably need to see the whole scenario. an email to bnm manage to 'scare' them into a quick solution b4 other trouble arises. but again, might not work if many ppl start doing that.

Suddenly it appears in this card statement.

Just received a call from MBB promoting their petronas ikhwan card...can hold both this card and petronas card together?

May I know in M2U, is this ikhwan card reflected as Visa Ikhwan Gold? I advised my dad to apply for this card, but I dunno what they are giving him instead. Today it is reflected as Visa Ikhwan Gold, so I am wondering what is the benefit of this card.

Just received my ikhwan card about 10mins ago from the poslaju guy. I would say the online application was really good. only took about 3 working days for me to get the physical card.

one question, the credit limit for this card is it combined with my maybank2card or no?

i applied last saturday. so total waiting of 5 days.

very effective card application via m2u i can say...

applied yesterday and it appeared in my m2u today..

cant wait for card delivery..

Based on understanding, there is no option to untick it I think, MBB's Zing Card need to apply separately as I have asked CS before, unlike CIMB process which is automatic come with their Zing Card

They won't send you the Zing card unless you personally requested for it.

Thou I have to admit la, the Zing card's really helpful since I travel a lot everyday.
