Well, is up to us how to judge it. Even in Middle East they are using "lucky draw" to attract people. My friend was lucky to get the grand price of Audi A7.
No need to force your self on this card, since it has no AF.
You only need to push to your limits if that cashback card comes with T&Cs and AF, like HLB's STUPID card. Now I'm hoping they revise the benefits so that i can just cut the card.

because I'm using slim wallet. I didnt bring cash just using card.

I'm not sure, received a call from agent this morning talking about the features etc..and one of em is about the low interest rate for short term loan. Min 12 months. Max 36 months.

Ridiculous. If like that its really the best card in the world. Lower than the cc's own interest rate...
