In short Petronas Visa to collect points while Ikhwan MasterCard to get cash back. Pick cash back anytime over points.

Thanks. I want cash rebate. So I will choose the cash rebate card.

My cash back is not reflected in my "Transaction History" yet but it is showing as "Last payment amount" in "Account Details" page. Have you checked your last payment amount? Or after checking and calculating, Cold Storage is not included? unsure.gif

My transactions at Sam's Groceria granted me cash back and I manually calculate, the cash back tallies with my spending.

Just double checked and no, it does not show up as "last payment amount". It's definitely included in the statement though. As in, every cent I spent tallies with the statement amount given. No rebates, no extras, no missing payments. This is odd. Will have to give them a call

Yup.. that's make sense..

Got 2 transaction posted in August
1 transaction I didn't include above.

RM 4 n RM 65.90 for OTK

So, let say I max for August rm50, will i get RM50 + 2 transaction or how?

I just went to the Gardens CC center to apply for the card but got rejected.

Reason - They are unable to set a new limit for the card I apply. ( they told me platinum limit now start with RM15k for new cards ). Maybe I should try gold later on hmm.gif

Request for limit split for the card is no longer accepted. sad.gif

I ask about the credit card convertion :
http://www.maybank2u.com.my/WebBank/Conversion_new09.pdf

if you submit this, it means that all of your current conventional cards with maybank will be cancel before they issued you with this o

Now if we look at the form closely it has stated at the Convertion Checklist :
1. You are Existing Maybank Conventional Credit Cardmember

2. You wish to apply Maybank Islamic Card-I and close ALL your Maybank Conventional Credit Card. No Partial convertion is allowed. If you are holding more than one Maybank Conventional Credit Card, you are required to close ALL your Maybank Conventional Credit Card for this convertion.

3. If you have EzyPay instalment plan with your existing Maybank Conventional Credit Card, you have agree that existing EzyPay plan will be terminated and no longer enjoy the 0% interest instalment and the remaining balance will be charged in FULLL or will be transferred via balance transfer to your new Maybank Islamic Ikhwan Card-i
