My 100% loan approved by Bank Islam.
Rate 3.9+5.5
35 Years Monthly RM 1499
Still waiting for company loan which is offer rate 4.0
The problem is company loan request copy of SnP with stamping.
Lawyer cannot proceed with the SnP due to land name still under DBKL not developer yet. Is it true?
