Developer. That what my friend did. Developer will collect 15k issue under lawyer firm as stakeholder., all your documents and submit to DBKL for you.
You will collect the receipt from the lawyer.
Wait for DBKL screening and developer call you for ballot if successful. (6 months may be)

Just only don't find it nice the surrounding only as it is old. Thanks a lot!

MRT still long way to wait for completion. For sure near MRT will be noisy. Just sit in near a LRT station and feel for yourself.
You still need to be screen by DBKL before can buy this RUMAWIP.
If those old flats and shop are very concern then think what is the difference between the 500k and RUMAWIP surrounding and attractiveness.
