Hi, a friend of mine is interested in this property. According to him, if to book a unit need to pay "undertable" RM30K.. any buyer can clarify on this?

Nope, not the 10% Down Payment. But additional RM30K for "getting" the unit..? or maybe i hear wrongly is RM3,000 undertable rclxub.gif

But did any buyer perhaps pay undertable to secure a unit?
