Isn't tak cukup orang register project so can't launch now and re-open for register ..coz who is invite need go putrajaya balloting unit and datuk datuk will be there for launching lol

I also got register this project and DBKL got called me received my document but they don't know when will launch it, they also waiting developer to inform them for future step

Confirm u can apply it, the term is u must working in KL within 3 year or staying KL within 3 year or your IC address is KL and bill water & electricity is KL either one u got you also can apply it. At KL don't have any property

I register on first time they open for register at rumawip around 7 months already

Don't believe agent from outside, last time i saw a post at property website i called to asked , the agent man said pay him 15k confirm can get a unit and he can gaodim everything. Don't simple believe any agent, rumah mampu milik will launch by developer themselves and dbkl, if wanna pay the downpayment also need go developer office to make payment.

No need to pay first wait them select you become one of the lucky owner and have a chance to ballot, after ballot unit developer will invite you pay the downpayment 15k and loan approve another 5% balance to pay.

Must go through DBKL, there is no agent... don't simple believe any people say that he can gao dim

It will be launch soon, just waiting closing date for submission document and DBKL will choosing who is the qualified lucky person to ballot a unit. If developer is ready then balloting unit will start, datuk datuk will attend the balloting session for launching.

If you don't have marriage cert why u need apply with couple? better apply in single. I think if you are apply with couple/husband and no provide marriage cert, they will forfeit your qualification to get a unit.

Didn't ask because i told her i'm already brought another rumawip when i submitted together with this taman naga emas. I just asked her can buy again for this taman naga emas or not? she answer cannot then congratulation to me. Sorry guy better call developer ask when is the balloting start.

Bukit jalil, I submitted taman naga emas at May together with bukit jalil. At July rumawip inform me i success can ballot the bukit jalil. So i no wait this naga emas lol But now also lucky be choose
