Hi Guys!

I'm going to the developer's office tomorrow morning to check this out. My friend told me a few units at Razakmas is releasing but need RM15k booking fee immediately to secure a unit.. summore weekend office not opened. rclxub.gif

I read through all the threads here already but still not clear.. is the booking fee for Hijauan Lumayan RM2k? What other cash monies should I prepare? I read someone said that the legal fee and stamp duty can be included in the loan. This will be my first home if I were to buy it.. super noob at everything. An answer would help tremendously.

Thank you! biggrin.gif

If I'm not mistaken the booking fee for this is 15k as well. Plus you have to submit all the relevant documents beforehand.

I am now preparing all the documents.. waiting for the employment confirmation letter to include marital status..

I just went to the developer's office on Saturday morning. You guys are right, they're not very helpful. sweat.gif asked me to submit all documents first when i asked them if i need to prepare any money. = =

Most of the developer are closed on weekend. Razakmas got few units left, but dunno whether can choose the unit or not after paying booking. Most of the unit has been reserved for buyer throught balloting.
You may refer to the link below:

For Hijauan Lumayan, booking is 15k (5%) and you can pay remaining 5% by withdrawing your EPF.
Otherwise need to pay, 30k (10%) for booking fees.

If you managed get 100%, developer will payback the 30k (10%) but will take several months to retrieve the money.
If you get 90% loan, 30k (10%) will remain with developer.

Other fees are, SnP legal fees, RM2k and legal fees for bank loan which will cost around RM6k (usually the amount is less because will get 50% discount for stamping).

Basically, need to have about RM40k.  hmm.gif
I can't find property  1000 sqft in KL pricing RM300k.
Maybe its a lot, but considering Rumawip is not "rumah kos rendah", it's worth buying.

Yep i know this is a very good deal.. the monthly installment i can afford but the downpayment macam a bit steep. But if everything goes through then will definitely find a way to get the money. Too good to be missed.

Thanks all! biggrin.gif
