I already told the lawyer too as I still pending loan approval.  How abt u ? u sign both on the same day ?

i did signed first before got my loan approval....only after i was reassured that i can get that money back...both lawyer's fee and downpayment.

actually i already got 1 offer that time but i just dont like the interest rate that they offered...being told if u already have a loan approved..there should be no problem in getting other bank to approve your loan..means that your credit strength is strong enough....same goes if 1 bank reject your loan proposal..others will follow suit

hahaha..good question..mayb i just trust the lawyer and i dont worry much bout not getting the loan coz i dont have much other commitment.

Today received  reminder from developer gave 7 days grace period to sign SPA if not they will terminated my booking

FYI, banks will not give loan to bumi lot property.

they say need to refer to the lawyer for the status.
like mine, still pending for stamping from bank (on loan agreement).

and they said, if we already sign the loan agreement and snp, and money disburse slow,
interest might need to pay by lawyer as is their fault being slow.

signed loan agreement month ago and there is no further update from lawyer..bank...or developer...of loan disbursement..
