The same is unlikely to be a problem for Hijauan as it was launched after the proper Rumawip mechanism kicked in. One person per unit with 10-year moratorium in SNP. Therefore, can expect most are legitimate buyers and not flippers. So JMB kena 'hijack' will be less of a concern.

However, build quality remains to be seen. Hope to hear from more Suasana Lumayan owners on build quality.
