my old 4890 is running strong but the fan is rattling n making A LOT of noise ..and i just want to inquire how much is a GPU HSF here or in any store in KL...

U can try servicing the fan by removing it from the graphic card then spray some WD40 or grease and see if it helps.

Hard to find. I have a few used ones but question is whether it fits your GPU.
