Hi all,

My U Mobile prepaid number just expired, so if i do not top up to that sim card, how long that number can last until the number is being cancel?

I have dial *118# to check, but i only can found the expire date which is expired on yesterday, and did not specify when the number will be canceled and when the remaining balance will be forfeited if do not top up.

Umobile very susah one

My 6789 number got cut off by them when i go reactivate cause apparently..the dealer took my rm10 and say can use back same sim card after 24hrs..but akcerli need new one according to the cs..

same here.. just late 2 days only got terminate... dam umobile... my 8 years numb juz vanish like that...

quickly got to SC for help, if u register a postpaid they might help you to save the number

You can get back the number after expiry 60 by walk in the umobile center.

I just got mine prepaid number back after the number is expired

I've got a 018 number but I've switched to hotlink a few years back and been using it since then until lately, I didn't notice that I didn't top up and my number went expired since don't know when. So I text hotlink and they come back to me saying that my number had switched back to U Mobile now. Can any guru here tell me how do I check it and is there anyone from U Mobile here who can give me advice?

Go to nearest service centre (not small dealer) on WEEKDAY office hour. Ask the sse to check if ur number is available to subsribe or not. Normaly will take around 1 hour to check. If available u can subscribe the number.

On January Umobile CS told me terminated numbers cannot be recovered..
Next time I will just skip CS and direct visit Umobile centre.
