actually depends on how u cook it and slice it. nipis + goreng = crunchy la. rebus seketul = soft la. depends on how u like it.

i oso dunno what happens if left exposed to warm environment but most probably will get rotten la. for myself once i got it i terus simpan in chiller. kalau nk simpan lama keep it in the freezer. tp better habiskan cepat sebab once u keep it stored in the freezer for a long time then the freshness is not there edi. i dont think it will taste the same if u keep it for a long time.
