Unifi UniFi Dect Phone Usage Will Cause Modem Restart, UniFi Dect Phone Usage Issue

Broadband provider ISP/package: UniFi VIP 10 Location: Shah Alam Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Not able to call 100
Personal equipment Modem: HUAWEI HG850a Router: Asus RT-AC1200HP Firewall used: Router Default Dect Phone: Motorola C401A Digital Cordless Phone
Problem details First occurence of problem: One month ago Problem frequency: Few times a day Problem description: The modem will hang when turn on the dial tone of the cordless phone. When turn off the dial tone, the modem will resume and reconnect.
It used to be happened few times a week, now is getting worse and happening few times a day. I can't even make any call in the whole Sunday (1st Nov 2015) evening.
Any expertise advices and troubleshooting are appreciated.

Try check your splitter, its better if you have a new one to check if the one given to you is broken.

Have resolved the issue by getting the new modem replaced FOC by TM. According to the technician, sometimes such symptom is due to the adapter failure. In summary, replaced with new modem and managed to get bill rebate of RM70++ for the outrage period.
