[1] Does PA cover only total loss of use, or also covers injury that can be treated, e.g. broken bone

[2] Is there any worldwide travel policy that also covers while at home?

[3] Can such as above be purchased on-line?

I signed up for a low cost PA - RM12/mo, and some years an annual travel policy 0f RM218.

Is there any better way to spend that on some other insurance product?
