Spotted the enhenced medicover from A-Z company ,eventhouh the company said no annual limit, but there is a clause as below :
The total benefits payable (except for Optional Benefits) per lifetime must not exceed the Overall Lifetime Limit and You have to pay the
Conditional Co-Payment for eligible benefits for a Policy Year that exceeds 10% of the Overall Lifetime Limit described in the Table of Benefits.

Question : what is Conditional Co-Payment ? How much policy owner have to pay under this clause?
