Hi may I know which insurance company provide medical claim "as charged" without co-insurance. AFAIK
Pru = as charged but need co-insurance
Allianz = as charged subject to reasonable and customary charges no co-insurance
How about others? Thanks.

10-20% co-insurance? Wow that is quite high. Means whenever admitted need to pay 10-20% of the bill right? Not ideal for me. Hehe. But thanks for the info. How about others?

Why is there a deductible? Is it the hospital benefits? Isn't the same for other co. policy if you wanna upgrade the room?
