it's normal for an investment link plan to have several rider / benefits
as your 1st policy RM170 should have quite a basic coverage make sure your agent is doin FULLTIME, instead of part time *agent service is ==> the product you are buying |

QUOTE(netmask8 @ May 30 2013, 08:43 AM) Usually ppl buy term insurance when they have a specified reason & period of cover. 1 thing good about term insurace is its cheap & provide huge coverage, which usually dont have much cash value end of day. Term insurance can be MRTA to cover housing loan, key man insurance for biz loan & etc etc |

QUOTE(danlhct @ Jun 1 2013, 09:45 PM) I made a mistake. My actual Prudential medical card is called PMM2 300 instead of PMM3. Attached are the screenshots of the plan. *its a no co-insurance plan & thrust me this is 1 of the best medical card in the market I don't understand how come on page 1 it mentions 'no coinsurance' but in page 2 under "Benefits Limitations", it talks about 10% of co-insurance. Is this a co-insurance or non co-insurance medi card? Any Prudential agents here? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! [attachmentid=3466674] [attachmentid=3466675] *does not have hidden limits for cancer/ kidney dialysis *no co-insurance even if you admited in higher R&B --> as what previous mentioned by another lowyat member *covers take home drug & not mistaken included doctors report as well --> which most of the card in the market does not *non cancelable clause to this rider rather than portfolio withdrawal clause well i believe from what is listed above is good a enough reasons for you to maintain your card with PRU. . . . . end of the day the final decision is up to you. Always remember if you have the budget, get yourself an additional plan for extra coverage NOT cancel your previous policy & buy a new 1. You will be on the loosing end |

QUOTE(roystevenung @ Jun 2 2013, 01:50 AM) If you have not claimed before, then you should be offered for the GUARANTEED upgrading shortform GIO. Under GIO, whatever that is superior in your old medical card will be retained and whatever good in the new Pruflexi med will be included in the upgrade. There are other things that Prudential covers even though it is mentioned in the brochure that we dont. However, it is not convenient for me to mentioned it here. I know this as my younger brother is in GE :-) If you want we can meet up on Monday evening just to go thru with you the policy as I am from mainland. Dont worry, we are trained not to cancel people's plan, ESPECIALLY medical plan. My number is 016 - 451 5957 and my email address is stevenung1971@gmail.com |

QUOTE(freewisefly @ Jun 2 2013, 10:55 PM) For information only. All insurance agents do not allow in requesting any clients to cancel any insurance plan. If any insurance agents asked any of you to cancel it and buy a new plan from them. The commission also won't credited to the agent. That's why any agents approach you only advise you to upgrade your existing plan, then only they can get the fruit to their mouth. This is nothing to do with professional issue. definately will get additional commission, else all the agent out there how to survive friend. Please get your facts right. QUOTE(bidfordun @ Jun 14 2013, 08:01 PM) hi everyone. Is there any insurance that is catered to extreme sport like DAN(for divers)? I like to race but not the mat rempit kind. I pay for track in sepang to drive motor very fast, real fast. To my dismay, normal insurance doesnt seem to cover this. So i was wondering if there is any insurance that will cater to this. for your case usually its decline risk, base on my experience you could request for the insurer to accept the risk but with premium loading which is not cheap especially covering for personal accident & medical insurance |

The section you are refering to is liability in respect of seamen therefore the defination of coverage is:
The initial idea of P&I cover is to protect the ship owner's interests against claims from third parties and to indemnify him in case ship owner is liable to compensate third party losses |
