"Jose Mourinho had a meeting with the club a few minutes ago when he was told the end had come. He has been let go in his second stint and won't be paid the £40m compensation speculated. My understanding is that he has been paid until the end of this season, what was left of the £12m.

Chelsea players will be desperate to prove that it was Mourinho and not them that was the problem. So suddenly they will be playing like Champions again. It happened before.

Chelsea don't need manager. They just should do group discussion for tactics & formation and play. Maybe for substitution should ask some one to monitor it. After Jose left suddenly playing well not sure who is the culprit here. Is it manager or players.
